Sports Physicals Only $25
*Dr. Robert Renfro and Fullerton High School have invited Pop Warner football to participate in their annual sports physical event. The cost is only $25 and will be held at Fullerton High School on May 18 from 9:00 to 12:00 noon. Each player must bring a Pop Warner Medical Questionnaire & Physical with them.
